Payment Turnaround
Effective February 1, 2019, Band Associates can expect to be paid within two weeks from the date of the performance. Usually it's much sooner but latitude is needed for time to receive payment from clients, to deposit the monies, and clear the checks. In the rare instance that payment may take longer (working with a government agency, for instance), band management will frequently update musicians on the status of the payment.
Payment Method
Unless otherwise stated, payment will be via PayPal Friends & Family. If you can't accept PayPal, inform the management as soon as possible so alternate payment arrangements can be made.
Tax Information
Band Associates are independent contractors. Those who earn over $600 in a calendar year can expect to receive a Form 1099. All Band Associates must have a Form W-9 file with the All American Brass. The Form W-9 link is located below.
